Bug Fixes

• Events: Fixed bulk event completion so the scheduled date can be used as the invoice date.
• Recurring Visits: Fixed automatically extended series so new visits retain forms, custom fields, documents, tags, services, and assigned employees.
• Events: Fixed an error that could occur when creating a visit without an AI-generated description.
• Payments: Fixed an error that could prevent Stripe refunds from processing correctly.
• Schedule: Fixed an issue where removing a visit’s start time set it to midnight instead of clearing it.
• Dispatch Board: Fixed SMS recipient counts so duplicate customer visits no longer inflate the number of recipients or estimated message cost.
• Reports: Updated Revenue by City and Revenue by County reports to group revenue by service location instead of billing address for more accurate reporting.
• Customers: Fixed the Recurring Last Service Date filter so it only includes customers whose latest completed recurring visit falls within the selected dates.
• Dark Mode: Fixed unreadable confirmation and error messages so dialogs display clearly in both light and dark modes.
• Onboarding: Fixed an issue that prevented new customers from receiving their onboarding sequences.
• API: Fixed an issue where queries with conflicting filters on the same related data could silently return incomplete results. The API now returns a clear error instead of incorrect data.
• Reporting API: Fixed report queries that sort grouped results, preventing avoidable query errors and returning results more reliably.

Improvements

• API Access: Added API trial access for Enterprise and limited for Growth plans and improved API activity tracking.
• Routing: Added total drive time and budgeted work time to route data, supporting better route comparisons and capacity planning.
• Payments: Added payee information for expense payments, making it easier to identify the customer, vendor, equipment, or employee associated with each payment.
• Events: Improved event loading performance by removing unnecessary form lookups.
• Customers: Added a Recurring Series End Date filter to help identify customers whose recurring services end within a selected date range.
• Admin API: Added reporting queries for companies, SMS usage, subscription changes, app activity, and users, making administrative data easier to access.
• Scheduling API: Added clearer capacity fields and daily capacity overrides, allowing integrations to adjust an employee’s available hours for specific dates.
• Calendar: Added API support for setting separate colors for visits, meetings, maintenance, and to-dos.
• API: Cleaned up ambiguous and incorrectly typed fields in the public schema, making available data clearer and safer for integrations to use.
• MCP: Improved query guidance so AI assistants can retrieve reports and related data more reliably.

• All Events: Fixed the customer filter so accounts with more than 1,000 customers can find and select their full customer list.
• Events: Fixed video thumbnails so uploaded videos display a proper preview image.
• Services: Fixed an issue where updating a service price across many scheduled visits could freeze, so large price changes now complete reliably.
• Schedule: Fixed an issue where new recurring series could show no visits until manually updated.
• Invoicing: Fixed an issue where completing an already invoiced visit again could add duplicate invoice line items.

• Invoicing: Fixed invoice line dates not following company settings when closing visits, so invoices use the correct scheduled or closing date.
• Schedule: Fixed Budgeted Hours appearing blank when adding unscheduled estimate work to a recurring visit, so the estimate’s hours carry over correctly.
• Mass Texting: Fixed invalid phone numbers causing an entire mass text batch to appear unsuccessful, so completed sends and skipped customers are reported correctly.
• Schedule: Fixed an issue where dragging a recurring visit could remove the visit without moving the rest of the series, so recurring visits now move to the correct dates.
• QuickBooks: Fixed an error that could interrupt invoice deletion during QuickBooks syncing.
• Customer Portal: Fixed an issue that could prevent customers from signing in through their portal link.
• Automations: Fixed estimate follow-up automations continuing after an estimate was accepted or declined.
• Text Messaging: Fixed customer and employee names being replaced by phone numbers in the conversation list.
• Reports: Fixed an issue where the Revenue by Customer PDF only printed the first 30 records, so the export now includes every customer that matches the selected date range and filters.
• Customers: Fixed the sort order on the Recent Past Due Invoices section of the customer profile so the newest past-due invoices appear first, matching every other invoice list on the page.
• Invoicing (Tax Lookup): Fixed slow tax rate lookups that were adding delays when creating or editing invoices, so tax rates now resolve quickly again.
• Invoicing: Fixed an issue where the Show Invoice Event Date setting was not being respected when completing invoiceable events, so the visit date prompt now appears as expected when the setting is turned on.
• Payments: Fixed an issue where credit card processing fees were being passed to end customers paying with a debit card, so debit and prepaid card payments no longer incur a surcharge.
• Signup: Improved the signup and onboarding flow so users who step away partway through can pick back up where they left off instead of starting over.
• Payments: Debit and prepaid card payments no longer include customer-facing processing fees, helping businesses follow card surcharge rules.
• Notifications: Event completion and crew assignment notifications now show the correct event type, such as Visit, Meeting, Maintenance, or To-do.

Improvements

• Estimates & Invoicing: Improved the tax rate lookup so it completes faster when adding or editing line items, cutting down on wait time during estimate and invoice creation.

Bug Fixes

• Integrations: Fixed a crash during the "Sign in with Copilot" flow that prevented some P4P accounts from reconnecting to Homeworks, which was causing "Error Fetching Attendance" on time cards.
• Customers: Fixed an issue where the "Requested on" date on Work Request forms always showed today's date instead of the actual submission date, so new requests now display the correct date and older affected requests hide the field rather than showing incorrect information.
• Marketplace: Fixed long item and service names that ran off the row inside multi-select dropdowns on the Add Bundle page, so names now wrap cleanly and stay readable.
• Invoicing: Fixed the credit apply popup so it only appears when it is actually relevant, either when the customer has an existing credit balance or when a payment exceeds the invoice total, instead of showing on every payment.
• Invoicing: Fixed the credit apply popup so closing it with the X button now cancels the action and returns to the payment form, instead of silently submitting the payment without applying credit.
• Schedule: Fixed an issue where Budgeted Hours were reset to zero when extending a recurring visit series, so the original values now carry over to the newly created visits.
• Schedule: Fixed extending a recurring visit series so assigned employees, visit forms, custom fields, and template photos are now copied to the newly created visits instead of being dropped.
• Schedule: Improved handling of cancelled visits inside recurring series so saving or moving a series with past cancelled visits no longer triggers unnecessary background errors.
• SMS: Added a safeguard so the system no longer attempts to send a text message to the same number it is sending from, preventing failed send errors on affected sequences.
• SMS: Improved handling of automations and sequences when a company has no Twilio phone number configured, so failed SMS attempts no longer create repeated background errors.
• Billing: Fixed an issue where creating a new company subscription could fail due to a Stripe billing configuration mismatch, so new subscriptions now set up successfully on the first try.
• Customers: Fixed an issue where the Text and Email buttons on a customer profile said the customer had no phone number or email, even when one was saved. Both buttons now correctly detect the contact info and open the compose window, including for international phone numbers.
• Invoicing: Fixed an issue where bulk "Send by Regular Mail" silently succeeded for customers without an address. Invoices and estimates missing address information are now skipped with a clear error message, and stamps are only deducted for items that were actually sent.
• Invoicing: Fixed an issue where the invoice date was set to today's date when closing a visit scheduled for a prior date, even after choosing the scheduled date. Invoices now use the date you select.
• Schedule: Fixed an issue where the Budgeted Hours on a To-do reverted to zero after saving when the value was pasted or autofilled, so budgeted hours now save reliably no matter how you enter them.
• Tax Rates: Fixed tax rate lookups following a ZipTax API change so taxes continue to calculate correctly.
• Performance: Improved tag loading to reduce database slowdowns and page timeouts.
• Estimates: Fixed an issue that could prevent customers from completing payments for accepted estimates.
• Payments: Fixed errors caused by older payments with missing or unsupported payment methods.
• Mobile: Fixed missing push notifications when crews are assigned to visits through All Events.
• Schedule: Fixed an issue where Visit Forms beyond the first 100 could not be found when editing a visit.
• Invoicing: Fixed incorrect service totals on visits created or updated through certain scheduling workflows.
• Payments: Fixed an issue that prevented Payments report PDFs from being generated.

Improvements

• Invoicing: Updated the credit apply popup wording so it clearly explains that the customer already has a credit balance and asks whether to apply it to other outstanding invoices.
• Marketplace: Updated the Add Bundle page to use the standard breadcrumb heading, keeping page titles and navigation consistent with the rest of the app.
• Marketplace: Adjusted horizontal spacing on the Add Bundle page so content aligns correctly on medium and larger screens.
• SMS: Added support for detecting STOP and OPT-IN keywords on incoming text messages, so customers who reply STOP are automatically opted out and future messages to them are blocked to keep sending compliant.
• Billing: Added a new SMS usage section to the Billing page so you can see how many messages you've used and what will appear on your invoice.
• Billing: Added an alert on the Billing page that clearly explains how SMS charges work, so there are no surprises when reviewing your invoice.
• Mobile: Refined the mobile navigation with smoother menus, clearer notifications, and easier access to settings.
• Employee Management: Added a View Only calendar permission and made Complete & Invoice the default, giving admins clearer control over employee access.

• Schedule: Fixed recurring events so Budgeted Hours now carry over to line items when you create, edit, or duplicate a recurring event.
• Schedule: Fixed a bug where moving a recurring series with drag or bulk move would delete already completed visits. Completed and skipped visits are now kept in place.
• Schedule: Fixed line item totals showing as $0 on recurring events and duplicated events so pricing displays correctly.
• Schedule: Fixed visit form selection so you can now pick from all your forms (not just the first 100) on the Add Visit, Edit Visit, and Recurring Visit pages. The form picker is also now a searchable dropdown, and the recurring visit removal warning works again.
• Customers: Work request forms now pull customer name, phone, and email live from the customer record instead of showing a blank or outdated snapshot.
• Customers: Sped up the customer payments page from 4+ seconds to load quickly, and cleaned up 491 payment records that were missing a customer link.
• Invoicing: Fixed the monthly sales tax report so tax rates that share a whole number (like 9.0% and 9.3%) now show as separate rows instead of getting merged.
• Invoicing: Fixed snail mail invoices getting stuck in the queue for accounts without postage so the mail queue no longer piles up with failed jobs.
• Invoicing: Blocked negative discounts from being saved on invoices and estimates by pasting them in after the initial rejection.
• Automations: Fixed password-protected automations rejecting correct passwords when there was extra whitespace in the stored password.
• Dispatch Board: Fixed the on-site timer resetting to 0 and losing its pulse indicator when an admin or owner viewed an employee's timer.
• Texting: Fixed mass texting so campaigns to large customer lists (1,000+) send to everyone instead of stopping partway through the alphabet. You'll also now see a clear message when customers are skipped because they have no phone number, when the daily limit is reached, or when duplicates are prevented.

Improvements

• Estimates: Rebuilt core estimate actions (duplicate, convert to invoice, restore, copy link, accept, move to pending, toggle line items) on a faster, more reliable backend so these actions load quicker and behave consistently.

• Invoices: Fixed an issue where the Print List as Shown feature could hang on an endless loading spinner, so invoice and estimate lists now download as a properly titled PDF every time, with or without filters applied.
• Schedule: Fixed monthly recurring visits so that changing the weekday position (for example, First Monday to Second Monday) now correctly updates the dates on the existing series, not just on newly created ones.
• Schedule: Fixed an issue where the system could quietly stretch future recurring visits to span multiple days when they were meant to be single-day, keeping auto-generated visits true to their intended length.
• Schedule: Fixed recurring visit series that were missing a template, so future visits in those series now continue to generate reliably instead of silently stopping.
• Estimates & Invoices: Fixed tax handling for tax-exempt customers when services are added through a package, so all package line items now correctly show $0.00 tax on estimates, invoices, and visit completions.
• Estimates: Fixed the estimates list so the Restore button now displays correctly, letting you bring back removed estimates without trouble.
• Billing: Fixed seat syncing so adding or removing additional user seats from the Employees page now updates correctly without errors, keeping your seat count accurate on the Billing page.
• Automations: Fixed a white-screen error that could appear when opening estimate SMS automation settings, so the Automations page loads reliably.

Improvements

• Mobile App: Rebuilt the mobile navigation with a cleaner bottom tab bar and slide-up menu, making it faster to move between Calendar, Customers, Messages, Invoices, and Estimates on your phone.
• Performance: Images now load faster on repeat visits to estimates, invoices, and the Client Portal, thanks to improved caching, so pages with photos feel quicker.

• Mobile: Fixed an issue on the My Day page where tapping a job status card (Yet to Start, In Progress, or Completed) would sometimes navigate to the wrong job list, so the correct filtered jobs now appear every time.
• Automations: Fixed an error that caused Sequence Automations to fail when a visit title was not set, so automations now run without interruption in those cases.
• Customers: Fixed an issue where the customer rating handler was rejecting rating events, so customer review automations and notifications now trigger correctly when a rating is submitted.
• Group Texts: Fixed an issue on the Group Text page where opening a system group (such as "All Customers") would display raw code instead of the customer list. Also corrected the group list to hide edit, delete, and manage buttons on system groups that cannot be modified.
• Email: Resolved a configuration issue that was preventing emails from sending correctly, so email notifications and communications now deliver as expected.
• Events: Fixed an issue where photos and videos added to a recurring visit series did not appear on visits that were already scheduled, so uploaded images now show up across all existing visits in the series without recreating them. Past, closed, and skipped visits are left untouched. (
• Events: Fixed an issue where visit forms were silently removed from individual visits after moving a recurring series more than once, so forms now stay attached to every visit when a series is rescheduled.
• Dispatch Board: Fixed an issue where dragging a recurring job to a new date and choosing "Move All Unclosed Visits" could create duplicate visits stacked on the schedule, so moving a series no longer produces hidden duplicates.
• Dispatch Board: Fixed an issue where budgeted hours were cleared from visits after a recurring series was moved, so budget hours now carry over to the rescheduled visits.
• Schedule: Fixed an issue where saving visit notes required a full page refresh before the updated notes, and the note icon would appear, so notes now update instantly in the list view.
• Employee Management: Fixed an issue where employees with Billing access were redirected to the dashboard instead of seeing the Billing page, so team members granted Billing permission can now open it as expected.
• SMS: Fixed an issue where saving a texting phone number would hang on a loading spinner forever with no error shown, so saving now either completes or displays a clear message you can act on. Phone number search errors are now surfaced in the same way.

Improvements

• Schedule: Replaced the old "Visit Notes Saved" pop-up with a brief, non-intrusive toast notification, and visit notes now save via a single, consistent path wherever they can be edited, so the experience is smoother and consistent across the app.
