New update for Homeworks, including several improvements and bug fixes:

Improvements

  • Time Tracking: You can now add, edit, and delete stopped visit time entries directly in Work View, so you can correct tracked time without leaving Calendar or All Events. Available actions follow your existing time-tracking permissions.
  • Customers: Customer imports now run in the background, so large files finish without timing out partway and leaving partial data.
  • Customers: The Add New Customer popup now suggests addresses as you type, filling in state and country correctly.

Bug Fixes

  • Automations: Fixed stalled automation queues firing all at once without checking message age, which had sent thousands of weeks-old visit completed texts in bulk.
  • Automations: Fixed tag-removed automations firing on any tag change instead of only when the watched tag is removed.
  • Sequences: Fixed new sequence automations not saving the selected tag for the Customer does not have a tag trigger.
  • Upsells: Fixed the email template dropdown freezing after selecting a template on the Upsells page.
  • Customers: Fixed state and country fields not updating correctly during customer or address entry.
  • My Day: Fixed the See All To-dos and See All Events links navigating to the legacy calendar.
  • Invoicing: Fixed invoices charging the full amount when the customer has a credit on file.
  • Invoicing: Fixed paid invoices being deleted when reopening legacy events.
  • Payments: Fixed duplicate Payment made notification messages going out for a single payment.
  • Sequences: Fixed collections automations continuing to fire after an invoice was paid, along with repeated failed-payment notifications after payment.
  • Mobile (Field Force): Fixed the iPhone item creation popup blocking scrolling of the background page.
  • Work Requests: Fixed work request links sending as unclickable plain text.
  • Estimates: Fixed bulk estimate follow-up emails including every recipient's estimate links instead of just each recipient's own.
  • Recurring Series: Fixed duplicate visits appearing after reactivating a recurring series.
