Quick Dispatch templates in the API and MCP

You can now create, edit, delete, and dispatch Quick Dispatch templates through the Homeworks API and MCP. This helps snow companies set up routes without building each template one screen at a time.

• Manage each template's properties, services, crews, employees, and notes
• Dispatch a template for any date, with optional start times for each property

The Quick Dispatch screen has not changed.
