The customer list now properly reflect the status of an ACH account saved on a customer profile as pending or verified. (List filter for ACH pending also added)

Key Benefits

This enhancement to the customer list offers greater transparency into ACH account statuses for your customers. You can now easily see if an ACH account is still pending or verified, streamlining your workflows around payment readiness. The new filter for “ACH Pending” also enables you to quickly locate and follow up on any customers who have not yet completed ACH verification, ensuring timely access to necessary payment methods.

Getting Started

  1. Navigate to the Customer List view in Copilot.
  2. Use the new Status column to view each customer’s ACH account status as either Pending or Verified.
  3. To filter your customer list to show only customers with Pending ACH accounts, click on the Filters option and select ACH Pending.

How It Works

Previously, Copilot displayed the ACH status as “Pending” or “Verified” within individual customer profiles. With this update, you can now see this status directly in the Customer List view, providing a quick overview across multiple customers.

A Pending status indicates that the customer has entered their ACH account information into Copilot, but they still need to complete the verification process by entering the microdeposit amounts sent to their bank account. Once they complete this step, the status will automatically update to Verified in both their profile and the customer list, ensuring seamless and accurate tracking of ACH payment readiness.

Key Benefits

This new confirmation prompt adds a layer of security, ensuring that payment information is not accidentally deleted from customer profiles. By requiring confirmation before deleting a saved credit card or ACH account, Copilot helps you prevent unintentional data loss and potential disruptions to your payment processes.

Getting Started

  1. Navigate to a Customer Profile within Copilot.
  2. Go to the Payment Information section.
  3. Click Delete next to a saved credit card or ACH account.
  4. A confirmation prompt will appear, asking you to confirm before the payment information is permanently removed. Click Confirm if you wish to proceed with the deletion, or Cancel to keep the information saved.

How It Works

When you click Delete on a saved payment method, Copilot triggers a confirmation prompt before removing the payment information. This prompt is a safeguard against accidental deletions, providing an extra step to ensure that critical payment data is not removed unintentionally. Only after confirmation is received does Copilot process the deletion, keeping your payment records secure and protected from unintended changes.
