New update for Homeworks, including several improvements and bug fixes:

Improvements

• Calendar: Hid breadcrumbs on the mobile calendar so the page uses less space and events are easier to see on small screens.
• Schedule: Made Dispatch Order the default calendar sort so visits follow the planned dispatch sequence.
• Schedule: Updated capacity displays to show available hours first and use less space, making remaining capacity easier to read across day, week, and month views.
• Schedule: Added invoice status details to visit cards so you can distinguish visits with an invoice, visits awaiting an invoice, and visits marked not invoiceable.
• Mobile (Field Force): Changed the calendar's default to the day list view instead of the week view. The mobile web calendar uses the same default.
• Estimates: Added API access to the user who created an estimate so integrations and reports can attribute estimates to the correct team member.
• Settings: Added save confirmations for list visibility changes and updated list-editing dialogs so changes are easier to confirm without the page jumping to the top.

Bug Fixes

• Calendar: Fixed an issue where recurring events displayed the wrong colors after the Calendar launch, so events once again appear in the colors you assigned.
• Calendar: Fixed an issue where the Day view panel stayed open after deleting an event from the context menu, so the panel now closes as expected after a deletion.
• Schedule: Fixed capacity calculations that counted configured weekend off days as available working time. Scheduled work on off days still counts toward booked hours without reducing capacity on normal working days.
• Schedule: Fixed inconsistent scheduled-hour totals between calendar summaries and capacity breakdowns so visits without assigned employees are accounted for consistently.
• Schedule: Fixed visits created from a calendar day header landing on the wrong date when your device and company use different time zones.
• Visits: Restored Before & After photo controls for employees who have access to a visit, so they can add photos without needing permission to create events.
• Visits: Fixed visit budgeted hours to reflect the total from service line items, preventing conflicting totals in Work View.
• Schedule: Fixed permission checks for calendar capacity information so users without employee-viewing access no longer encounter permission errors from that information.
• Dispatch Board: Fixed line breaks in dispatch notes so multiline instructions remain readable.
• Dispatch Board: Fixed column sorting on saved routes so you can sort visits by customer name or title instead of being forced back into saved stop order.
• Dispatch Board: Fixed timers that reset when work restarted or failed to reflect Mobile (Field Force) updates. The board and visit popup now show cumulative clocked time rather than only the active session.
• Time Tracking: Fixed manually added visit time entries missing their customer and property, and corrected API retrieval of those details.
• Time Tracking: Fixed overnight entries created through the API being cut off at midnight, so explicitly entered start and end times retain the full duration.
• Time Tracking: Replaced generic server errors for missing time entries with a clear not-found response, making it easier to tell when an entry is no longer available.
• Mobile (Field Force): Fixed the floating More Options control covering the Edit button in Visit Notes so visit actions remain accessible.
• Automations: Fixed repeated emails after visit completion so the same automation does not send duplicate messages for the same completed visit.
• Automations: Fixed disabled and deleted sequence automations continuing to send messages, so turning off or deleting an automation stops its actions.
• Automations: Fixed Level Billing invoice creation triggering Visit Completed automations again for visits that were already completed.
• Automations: Fixed legacy automation history incorrectly marking successful actions as skipped or duplicated.
• Invoicing: Fixed auto-send skipping partially paid invoices so customers receive eligible invoices with an outstanding balance according to your auto-send settings.
• Customers: Fixed new leads created through the Work Request Form not inheriting company invoice auto-send rules. Existing customers keep their individual settings.
• Settings: Fixed deleted or hidden list items reappearing after a refresh, including meeting categories, to-do categories, and customer types. Changes to system defaults now apply only to your company.
• Estimates: Fixed broken visit links after an estimate is revised and accepted again, preventing invalid visit pages and editing errors.
• Estimates: Fixed estimate emails arriving with a blank message body so customers receive the intended email content.
• QuickBooks: Fixed invoice matching during customer mapping and clarified guidance for incomplete mappings, so you can finish linking customers without misleading duplicate-customer errors.
• QuickBooks: Fixed tax rates on discounted invoices so synced invoices apply the discount before tax and retain the correct tax rate.
