Bug Fixes and Improvements

New update for Homeworks, including several bug fixes and improvements:

Bug Fixes

• Calendar: Fixed an issue where users with restricted permissions could see capacity information and company-wide waitlist counts they did not have access to.
• Calendar: Fixed an issue where single-day recurring visits could appear across multiple days in Month View after being moved to an earlier date.
• Mobile Calendar: Fixed the Calendar navigation so it opens the new calendar instead of the classic version.
• Customers: Fixed an issue where missing customer registration dates could be saved incorrectly, preventing related errors when customer records are processed.
• Payments: Fixed bank account setup tracking so verified bank accounts are correctly recognized as saved payment methods.
• Invoicing: Fixed an issue where duplicate invoice IDs could cause an error, allowing invoice records to process correctly.
• Dispatch Notes: Fixed API documentation and user matching for dispatch notes so integrations can create notes reliably and remain compatible with Command Center.
• App Events: Corrected event object types and added missing Item and Property options so integrations receive more consistent event data.
• Schedule: Fixed date handling for events scheduled beyond January 2038, preventing affected events from becoming unreadable or disrupting the Events page.
• Work View: Fixed line item descriptions so spacing, line breaks, and other formatting display correctly.
• Calendar: Fixed an issue that could prevent users from scrolling the Calendar on mobile devices.
• Calendar: Fixed monthly revenue totals to include only revenue from dates within the selected month.
• Calendar: Events are now deselected after a bulk action is completed, so select mode does not remain active.
• Schedule: Fixed an issue where editing a recurring visit could reset its Budgeted Hours to 0, so the saved value now remains accurate unless the visit’s services are changed.
• Time Tracking: Improved how default hourly rates and clock-in requirements are retrieved, helping these settings load more reliably.
• Estimates: Fixed an issue where optional line items became included when copying an estimate, which could incorrectly increase the copied estimate’s total.
• Schedule: Fixed an error caused by events with incomplete dates, allowing event start and end times to load more reliably.

Improvements

• Calendar: Added Select All and None options to sidebar filters, making it faster to update calendar views.
• Calendar: Expanded event titles to display up to three lines, making longer titles easier to read at a glance.
• Calendar: Added usage tracking to help guide future scheduling improvements based on how teams use the Calendar.
• Mobile Calendar: Added a More button that provides quick access to the classic calendar and business hours settings.
• Events API: Added a filter for finding events with or without dispatch notes, making it easier for integrations to identify events that need review.
• API Documentation: Expanded App Events documentation to make supported event data and object types clearer for integration developers.
• Work View: Added a link to the property address that opens the location in Google Maps.
• Calendar: Daily totals now remain visible while scrolling through events in the day and week views.
• Integrations: Improved how connected tools process requests and added support for retrieving Homeworks API documentation, making integrations easier to build and troubleshoot.
• Calendar: Added print and export options to the Calendar, making it easier to save or share your schedule.
