Create and manage invoices
The new createInvoice action creates an invoice for a customer with line items, discounts, a title, notes, terms, internal notes, a purchase order, a property, and optional custom fields. Invoice media can also be added or removed through the API.
This supports invoices created outside the normal job completion process and custom workflows.
Update more parts of a job
New actions can update a job's title, category, property, customer, contract, color, invoice settings, and line items. Line items can be created, updated, or removed.
Custom fields can also be set when creating a job, customer, or invoice.
Find individual records faster
AI tools and connected apps can now pull a specific customer, job, item, item package, crew, order, payment, upsell, vendor, or job category by ID. They no longer need to search through a full list first.
Access vendor information
Vendor records are now available through the API. Connected tools can list vendors, pull one vendor, filter vendors by details such as name or location, and see the vendor connected to an item.
Faster invoice searches
We fixed a problem that slowed down large invoice searches using status, due date, and days past due. In tested cases, searches that took more than 10 minutes now finish in less than a second.
