New update for Copilot, including several bug fixes and improvements:
Bug Fixes

Emails: Fixed an issue on Emails Sent / History where filtering by an email address could freeze or lose results when paging. Searches that include “@” are now preserved correctly across pages, and pagination follows the updated common template.

Dispatch Board: Fixed an issue where Shift+selecting a range in the visit table did not select the same visits on the map. Bulk selections now stay in sync so all selected rows are reflected as selected pins.

Customers: Fixed an issue where adding or removing customer tags was incorrectly restricted to users with Items & Services privileges. Team members who can access Customer Details can now manage tags (including bulk tag updates) even without Items & Services access.

Items & Services: Fixed an issue on iPhone where searching for items or services containing quotation marks could fail or return no results. Search now supports both
" and ″ and treats them consistently, so services with quoted names are easier to find on mobile.

Schedule: Fixed an issue where filtering visits by tags containing special characters (like
&, !, or #) could show no results in Calendar view. Tag filtering now works correctly in both Calendar and Grid views.

Schedule (Grid View): Fixed an issue where the Status filter selection could reset to “Any Status” after a page refresh and become difficult to change. Your selected status now persists and the grid updates correctly based on that filter.

Customers: Fixed an issue where deleted services could still appear in the Services dropdown when filtering by Service Date Range or Service Completed or Invoiced, so only active services are shown.

Estimates / Customers: Fixed an issue where creating a new customer from the Estimates page incorrectly required Contact Person First Name and Last Name. Those fields are no longer mandatory, and the same corrected behavior now applies across Estimates, Invoices, Chemical Applications, and Add New Property.

Payments: Fixed an issue on the Add Payment page where adding a credit card could get stuck and never advance to the card entry step. The Add Credit Card and Add Bank Account popups now open and behave consistently with the Customer Details page.

Schedule: Fixed an issue that could trigger an error when saving a recurring event without any valid recurrence rules. Copilot now validates recurring settings before saving and prompts you to complete any missing fields (daily interval, selected weekdays, monthly rules, or yearly date) so the schedule can be created correctly.

Customers / Invoices / Estimates: Fixed an issue where a specific user could see a blank screen when opening Customers, Invoices, or Estimates from the Members page due to a Stripe-related error.

Estimates: Fixed an issue where saving an estimate could show an error ID and remove line items and services during the save process, preventing estimates from being created with missing items after submission.
Improvements

Customers: Standardized the Add New Customer popup across multiple pages using a shared template, ensuring consistent validation and behavior wherever you create a customer.
