Video Uploads in Copilot CRM

We’ve added video support to Copilot CRM! You can now upload video files (up to 50 MB) directly into the system.

What’s new

• Attach videos to customer profiles, visits, and properties.
• Store and organize videos without relying on third-party apps like WhatsApp or YouTube.
• Supported file size: up to 50 MB.

Use cases

• Estimate videos: Estimators record walk-throughs and attach them directly to the job.
• Project updates: Crews upload daily progress videos for managers or customers.
• On-site upsells: Capture and share upsell opportunities in real time.
• Property walk-arounds: Document the full property on first service for accurate quoting and customer support.

With the launch of the Field Force mobile app, you’ll unlock automatic compression—so even 2–3 GB 4K videos from your phone are seamlessly compressed under 50 MB and uploaded straight into Copilot.
